Our Madhuban Jalfrezi Curry Sauce is a medium-spiced sauce made with tomatoes, peppers, onions, and a blend of spices. Handcrafted for a fresh, vibrant flavour, it’s ideal for quick curries that don’t skimp on taste.
Add to sizzling chicken, lamb or prawns, along with chopped peppers and onions for that authentic Jalfrezi texture. Simmer until the meat is tender and the sauce has thickened, then serve with fluffy basmati rice or warm naan.
Keep refrigerated once opened and use within 3 days. Suitable for freezing.
