Owton’s Top Tips!
Our 1.4kg Whole Chicken is perfectly sized for a small family roast or a midweek meal with plenty of leftovers. Roast at 180°C for around 1 hour 20 minutes, or until the juices run clear and the internal temperature reaches 75°C. Rest for 15–20 minutes before carving to keep it juicy and tender.
Looking to add flavour? Try slipping garlic butter under the skin or brushing with tikka paste for a bold twist. Serve with classic roast trimmings, or pair with rice and salad for something lighter. Leftovers are ideal for soups, sandwiches, or batch cooking.
Keep refrigerated for up to 2 days, or freeze on arrival to enjoy later.

Owton’s Top Tips!
After a proper steakhouse experience at home? Our 16oz T-Bone Steak (454g) delivers just that, with tender fillet on one side and juicy sirloin on the other, all cooked on the bone for extra depth of flavour.
Let the steak come to room temperature before cooking, then season generously with salt and pepper. Sear in a hot pan or on the grill for 4 to 5 minutes each side until the internal temperature reaches 55 to 60°C for medium-rare. Rest for at least 5 minutes to allow the juices to settle before slicing.
This cut is ideal for steak nights and special occasions. Serve with thick-cut chips, grilled mushrooms, and our blue cheese sauce for the full experience.
