Delivery and Returns

Our mission as a UK butcher is to provide the highest quality meats, cheeses and baked goods to our client base. We do everything within our power to ensure we are locally sourcing our meats and supporting ethical farming where possible.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery: Online orders are subject to minimum order value of £60. Delivery is £5.00 for orders under £80. Please note we only deliver to Hampshire, the surrounding counties and West London. Order before 2.30pm for next day delivery, subject to availability. You will be assigned the next available delivery day (usually next day excluding Sunday.)

Your delivery will arrive in a specially created chilled insulation box to ensure the quality and longevity of your product.

We guarantee delivery to your home address when your order however if you order your product to a business address which is closed, we cannot accept liability for your order becoming lost or damaged.

Returns: Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns. If you have any queries in relation to your order, please contact us.

Refunds: If your product is damaged, parts are missing or you have experienced a late delivery time, please get in contact with the team so that we can resolve any issues. We may request photos for our records. Please note if you haven’t received your product due to personal human error e.g., ordering with the incorrect address, please be aware we cannot offer a refund.

If at any time you are receiving a return, the specified amount will be credited to your account, or the card used to place the order and will be visible within 10 working days of processing. If this has not appeared in your account, please contact our team.

Cancellations

Your right to cancel starts when you place the order. Please note that as our items are perishable, we cannot accept cancellations after the point of despatch. We reserve the right to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances and we will ensure we contact you as soon as possible.

Pricing:

Price and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. Please note our customers will only pay the price of goods at the time of purchase. We do our best to provide the advertised product weights, as items are cut by hand, we cannot always guarantee precise weights.

There may be times when a product is temporary out of stock. In this case we will contact you so you can choose to refund or change your item. We are precise with all of our product description, images, information and prices however we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions.

We aim to provide fresh product on all orders, but, in some circumstances, due to stock availability, product will be supplied frozen
