Owton’s Top Tips!
Our Rack of Ribs in Barbecue Sauce (min 600g) is tender, sticky, and packed with bold, smoky flavour. Oven-cook at 180°C for 30–35 minutes, covered with foil for the first half, then uncovered to caramelise the sauce. Want that charred effect? Finish under the grill or on the BBQ for just a few minutes.
Why not serve with slaw, corn on the cob and fries for a proper feast! Store chilled or freeze if needed. No prep, no hassle, just fall-off-the-bone BBQ goodness.
