Our Pork & Leek Sausages are a flavourful choice made with quality pork and sweet leeks for a well-balanced, savoury taste. Gluten-free and packed with natural flavour, they’re ideal for family dinners or anyone following a gluten-free diet.
Cook gently on a medium heat in a frying pan, under the grill, or in the oven at 180°C for 25 to 30 minutes, turning regularly for an even, golden finish.
Serve with creamy mashed potatoes, buttered greens, and onion gravy for a comforting classic. They’re also great in sausage and bean bakes or breakfast skillets!
Keep chilled and use within a few days, or freeze on arrival.
