Our Smoked Gammon Joint (2.4kg) is packed with deep, savoury flavour and perfect for roasting or boiling. For best results, simmer gently for 2.5–3 hours or roast at 180°C for around 2 hours, covering with foil and removing it for the final 20 minutes to brown.
Finish with a honey and mustard glaze or cloves and brown sugar for a festive touch. Serve hot with roasties or cold in sandwiches and salads. Store chilled or freeze. Big on flavour, brilliant hot or cold!
