Our 1.8–2.0kg Turkey Breast Roll is a no-fuss roast that’s full of flavour. Boneless and hand-tied, it’s ideal for easy carving and perfect for Sunday lunch or special occasions. Roast at 180°C for around 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours, covering with foil and uncovering for the final 20 mins. Rest before slicing to keep it juicy.
Great with all the trimmings and just as tasty in next-day turkey sandwiches or toasties. Keep chilled for 2–3 days or freeze on arrival. Simple, tender and packed with flavour, without the bones or waste.
