Our Medium Whole Chickens are a minimum of 1.4kg and typically serves 3 – 4 people. All of our Whole Chickens follow Higher Welfare guidelines so that you can be sure you receive meat that has incredible taste and flavour, while safe in the knowledge you’re purchasing a hen that has lived a happy life.
Before cooking, season with salt, pepper and a choice of herbs and spices to get the best tasting Whole Chicken.
