It’s a lot easier to carve than a standard roast turkey, and it’ll be the talk of the Christmas dinner table.

Our 1.0–1.2kg Turkey Breast Roll is boneless, easy to carve, and perfect for smaller roast dinners or midweek meals. Roast at 180°C for around 1 hour 15 minutes, covering with foil and uncovering for the last 20 minutes. Aim for 75°C internal temp, then rest before slicing.
Delicious with roasted vegtables, gravy and cranberry – or slice cold for tasty sandwiches. Store chilled or freeze for later. All the flavour of turkey, none of the hassle!
