Looking for a quick-cook cut that’s full of flavour? Our Pork Steaks (2 x 200–230g) are lean, juicy and hand-cut from premium British pork, perfect for midweek meals or firing up the BBQ. For best results, bring to room temperature, season with salt, pepper and a little oil, then pan-fry or grill over medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (70°C internal temp is the sweet spot).
Pork steaks love a good marinade, try honey and mustard, smoky BBQ or garlic and soy for an easy flavour boost. Serve with creamy mash, grilled veg or pop in a bun with slaw for a tasty alternative to burgers. Store in the fridge for 2–3 days or freeze individually for easy portioning.
