Our Garden Mint Glaze is a vibrant addition to lamb and perfect for adding a fresh twist to your midweek meals or elevating your weekend roasts. With a carefully balanced blend of sweet mint and savoury seasoning, it pairs beautifully with lamb chops, cutlets, or even a whole leg.
To use, simply coat your meat generously with the glaze 10–15 minutes before the end of cooking. This helps the sugars caramelise for a glossy, flavourful finish without burning.
Delicious with roast lamb and new potatoes, or try brushing it onto lamb skewers for a barbecue favourite. It also works wonderfully stirred into couscous or drizzled over roasted vegetables.
Keep in a cool, dry place. Once opened, seal and use within a few weeks.
