Fillet Steak is a butter-soft, supple, and lean steak that is considered by many to be the ultimate steak, no matter the competition. We dry-age our Fillet Steaks for a good period of time to ensure that they remain the most delicate and delicious they can be, which allows you to keep the cooking process easy peasy. Simply oil, season, and cook for a minute or so on each side in a very hot pan before serving.
Your steak size preference is a matter of personal preference, but as a general rule, a 170g (6oz) steak is suitable for the average streak eater, with 340g (12oz) steaks being ideal for individuals who enjoy a large and hearty steak to call their own.
