Our 1.4kg Whole Chicken is perfectly sized for a small family roast or a midweek meal with plenty of leftovers. Roast at 180°C for around 1 hour 20 minutes, or until the juices run clear and the internal temperature reaches 75°C. Rest for 15–20 minutes before carving to keep it juicy and tender.

Our Three-Bone Racks of Lamb (4, 1.3kg total) are an elegant cut that’s tender, full of flavour, and perfect for impressing guests! Roast whole at 200°C for 20–25 minutes for medium-rare (internal temp around 55–60°C), then rest before slicing into individual cutlets.
