One large pork joint such as a rolled shoulder or boned leg of around 2 kg can serve approximately 6-8 people depending on side dishes and appetites. Smaller joints under 1 kg are better for 2-4 people. Owton’s provides different sizes so you can order the right portion for your gathering.
