Yes! You can cook our burgers from frozen, but for best results, we recommend defrosting first. Just note that cooking from frozen safely may take up to 50% longer.
Most patties weigh between 115g and 200g (4–7 oz). For example, chuck & short rib burgers are 200g each, while classic steak burgers are 170g.
