Our Pork Medallions (2 x 200g) are lean and tender, making them a great alternative to steak or chicken. Expertly trimmed and cut from the loin, they’re quick to cook and ideal for healthy midweek meals or show-off date-night dinners!
For the best results, we recommend seasoning well and pan-frying or grilling over medium-high heat for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Then let them rest for a few minutes before serving to keep them juicy.
Delicious with creamy mash and seasonal veg, or slice and serve over salads, noodles or pasta.
Keep chilled and use within a few days, or freeze on arrival.
