Our Rack of Ribs in Chinese Sauce is packed with bold, aromatic flavour, marinated in a sticky, savoury-sweet Chinese-style glaze. Perfect for a midweek treat, weekend feast or sharing platter.
Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 to 40 minutes, basting halfway through to keep the glaze rich and glossy. For extra caramelisation, finish under the grill for 5 minutes until slightly charred and sticky at the edges. Then serve with steamed rice, stir-fried greens, or sesame noodles for a Chinese-inspired meal.
Keep chilled and use within a few days, or freeze on arrival if you’re saving them for later!
