Our Plain Rack of Pork Ribs (min 600g) is a barbecue favourite that’s perfect for slow cooking, grilling, or oven roasting. These ribs are a blank canvas for your favourite rubs, marinades or sauces!
For tender, fall-off-the-bone results, roast low and slow at 160°C for 2 to 2.5 hours, covered with foil to retain moisture. Then uncover, brush with your chosen glaze or sauce, and return to the oven or grill for 15 to 20 minutes to caramelise and crisp up the edges.
Great for weekend feasts or summer barbecues, these ribs pair perfectly with corn on the cob, coleslaw, and fries. Try them with classic BBQ sauce, sticky honey mustard, or bold jerk seasoning for a flavour twist.
Keep chilled and use within a few days, or freeze on arrival for another day.
