Our Pork and Chorizo Burgers (4 x 170g, 6oz) are a bold and flavour-packed choice, blending succulent pork with the rich, smoky taste of chorizo. Perfect for barbecues, weeknight dinners, or a hearty weekend treat, these burgers bring a taste of Spain to your plate.
For the best results, cook on a medium-high grill or pan for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C. Let the burgers rest for a couple of minutes before serving to lock in the juices!
Serve in a toasted brioche bun with roasted red peppers, manchego cheese, and a dollop of smoky paprika mayo. These burgers are also great for adding a spicy twist to breakfast by serving with a fried egg on top!
Keep refrigerated and use within a few days, or freeze on arrival for longer storage.
