Owton’s Top Tips!
Our Rack of Ribs in Barbecue Sauce (min 600g) is tender, sticky, and packed with bold, smoky flavour. Oven-cook at 180°C for 30–35 minutes, covered with foil for the first half, then uncovered to caramelise the sauce. Want that charred effect? Finish under the grill or on the BBQ for just a few minutes.
Why not serve with slaw, corn on the cob and fries for a proper feast! Store chilled or freeze if needed. No prep, no hassle, just fall-off-the-bone BBQ goodness.
Our rack of ribs is pre-cooked low and slow, so all you need to do is reheat them. Simply finish in the oven, on the BBQ, or under the grill to warm through and caramelise the barbecue glaze.
For best results, cover with foil and heat in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20–25 minutes, then uncover for a final 10 minutes to let the sauce thicken and the edges crisp up. Alternatively, grill or BBQ for 10–15 minutes over medium heat.
One rack typically serves 2 people as a main meal or 3–4 as part of a sharing platter. Pair with coleslaw, fries, or corn on the cob for a classic BBQ-style feast.
