Owton’s Own Black Pudding (6 x Slices) is a rich classic made to our traditional recipe using quality ingredients for a smooth, crumbly texture. It’s a must-have for a traditional cooked breakfast, but also a brilliant addition to more adventurous dishes!
To cook, lightly fry or grill the slices for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until heated through and crisp on the outside. For a lower-fat option, oven-bake on a tray at 180°C for around 10 minutes.
It also works wonderfully in stuffing, sausage rolls, or even paired with apples and cider in rustic bakes.
Keep chilled and use within a few days, or freeze on arrival.
