Our Madhuban Madras Curry Sauce is a bold, restaurant-quality sauce made with a traditional blend of spices, tomatoes, and a fiery kick of chilli. Crafted in small batches for authentic depth of flavour, it’s perfect for creating a rich and satisfying curry in minutes!
To serve, simply simmer with your choice of diced chicken, lamb, or beef until the meat is tender and the sauce thickens. Add a splash of water or stock for a looser consistency if preferred.
Ideal for cosy Friday night curries or an easy weekend fakeaway. Just serve with fluffy basmati rice, naan, and a dollop of cooling yoghurt or mango chutney. It also makes a great base for spiced lentil or vegetable dishes if you’re after a meat-free option.
