Sear diced chicken, lamb or beef, then stir in the sauce and simmer until the meat is tender and the flavours have melded. Add peppers, onions or mushrooms for extra texture, and serve with fluffy rice or warm naan straight from the oven.
Keep refrigerated once opened and use within 3 days. This is a great sauce to keep in your freezer for a rainy day!
