Our Madhuban Curry Sauce, Bhuna is a rich, medium-spiced sauce made with tomatoes, onions and aromatic spices, following an authentic recipe. It’s perfect for creating a delicious curry at home with minimal effort.
Gently heat the sauce in a pan, add your choice of meat, poultry, seafood or vegetables, and simmer until everything is cooked through and coated in the thick, flavourful sauce.
Serve with fluffy rice, warm naan or crispy onion bhajis for a satisfying meal. Great for quick weeknight dinners or an easy curry night.
Keep refrigerated once opened and use within a few days, or freeze another day.
