Our Lamb and Mint Sausages (8, 560g) are a delicious choice, combining rich British lamb with the fresh flavour of mint. A favourite for spring and summer meals, they’re ideal for barbecues, quick midweek dinners, or a twist on traditional sausage dishes.
Cook gently on a medium heat grill, frying pan, or in the oven at 180°C for 25 to 30 minutes, turning regularly for an even, golden finish. Avoid piercing the sausages so they stay juicy and full of flavour.
These sausages pair beautifully with creamy mash and minted peas, or served in a warm flatbread with tzatziki, red onion and salad for a Mediterranean-style meal.
Keep chilled and use within a few days, or freeze on arrival.
