Our Duck Legs delicious, tender and perfect for slow cooking to bring out their full flavour. Ideal for comforting winter dishes, dinner parties or creating restaurant-style meals at home.
For best results, season well and roast at 160°C for 2 to 2.5 hours until the meat is tender and the skin is crisp. Alternatively, try slow-cooking in duck fat for a classic confit.
Serve with red cabbage, roasted potatoes and a cherry or orange glaze, or shred the meat into wraps or salads.
Keep chilled and use within a few days, or freeze on delivery.
