Our Curried Vegan Sweet Potato, Butternut Squash & Spinach Pies are bursting with warming spice and wholesome veg, wrapped in golden, flaky pastry. A great meat-free option ideal for weeknight dinners, lunches or plant-based entertaining.
Bake from chilled at 180°C for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the pastry is crisp and golden. For frozen, allow a little extra time.
Serve with mango chutney and a crisp side salad, or pair with rice and dhal for a curry-inspired meal.
Keep chilled and use within a few days, or freeze on arrival for later enjoyment.
