Our Calves Liver (400g) is a tender cut that’s perfect for quick, nutritious meals. Rich in iron and packed with flavour, it’s a favourite among chefs. Lightly sliced and expertly prepared, it’s ideal for pan-frying and pairs beautifully with bold or comforting ingredients.
For the best results, cook quickly over high heat for 1 to 2 minutes per side in a hot pan with butter or oil. Overcooking can toughen the liver, so aim for a light pink centre to keep it soft and flavourful.
Serve with creamy mash, caramelised onions, and a red wine or balsamic glaze for a classic dish.
Keep chilled and use within a few days, or freeze on arrival.
