Pork Faggots
Pork faggots are meatballs made from minced off-cuts and offal (traditionally pig’s heart, liver, and fatty belly meat or bacon) mixed with herbs and sometimes bread crumbs. They’re a traditional British dish originating from the Midlands and the South West dating back to 1851!

Owton’s Top Tips!
Our Traditional Pork Faggots (4 per pack) are made the proper way using time-honoured methods and quality ingredients. Rich, hearty and full of flavour, they’re a true butcher’s classic that’s been loved for generations.
For best results, oven-cook at 180°C for 25 to 30 minutes until piping hot all the way through and lightly browned on top. Let them rest for a minute or two before serving.
Serve with creamy mash, garden peas and a generous helping of onion gravy for a comforting meal that really hits the spot.
Keep chilled and use within 2 to 3 days, or freeze on arrival if you’re planning ahead.
