Our Skinny Pig Sausages (8, 560g) are a leaner option that doesn’t compromise on flavour! Made with high-quality pork and lower fat content, they’re perfect for those lower-calorie meals or if you just enjoy a sausage with a lighter taste.
Cook gently on a medium heat in a pan, under the grill or in the oven at 180°C for 25 to 30 minutes, turning regularly for even browning. Avoid high heat to keep them juicy and tender.
Serve with mashed potatoes and steamed greens for a balanced midweek meal, or slice into breakfast wraps for added protein.
Keep chilled and use within a few days, or freeze on arrival for another day.
