Our Madhuban Red Thai Curry Sauce is a rich, aromatic blend of red chillies, garlic, lemongrass and coconut that brings a warm, mellow heat with layers of authentic Thai flavour. Handcrafted in small batches, it’s your shortcut to a delicious curry in minutes.

Simply simmer with sliced chicken, beef, prawns or tofu, and add veg like bell peppers, courgette or green beans for colour and crunch. Serve with jasmine rice or rice noodles, and finish with fresh lime and coriander for that authentic Thai touch.

Keep refrigerated once opened and use within 3 days. Suitable for freezing.
