At Owton’s, we take great pride in delivering premium meat products to your door fresh, chilled and handled with care. We now offer home delivery across England, Scotland and Wales, with two delivery options available depending on your location. Please see below for more infromation.

 

Delivery

 

Local Delivery (Owton’s Vans)

Online orders are subject to a minimum order value of £30. Please note we only deliver to Hampshire, the surrounding counties and West London using our own delivery vans (see our delivery areas page for more information). For deliveries outside of this delivery zone, please see below for more information.

Order before 2.30pm for next day delivery, subject to availability. You will be assigned the next available delivery day (usually next day excluding Sunday.)

Your delivery will arrive in a specially created chilled insulation box to ensure the quality and longevity of your product. We guarantee delivery to your home address when you order, however if you order your product to a business address which is closed, we cannot accept liability for your order becoming lost or damaged.

At checkout, you’ll be informed whether your order will be delivered by Owton’s vans or DPD based on your postcode.

Nationwide Delivery (via DPD)

We’re pleased to now offer nationwide delivery to customers across the rest of England, Scotland and Wales. Online orders are subject to a minimum order value of £60.

Orders to these areas will be sent using our trusted courier partner, DPD, and will be packed in our specially created chilled insulation boxes to ensure your products arrive fresh.

Nationwide delivery is available for Tuesday to Friday deliveries only. Orders are sent on a next-day delivery service (subject to availability), and you’ll receive tracking information directly from DPD once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe place is specified, as DPD will not attempt re-delivery due to the perishable nature of the goods. If no one is available, DPD will leave your parcel in a safe space at the property.

At checkout, you’ll be informed whether your order will be delivered by Owton’s vans or DPD based on your postcode.

Returns

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns. If you have any queries in relation to your order, please contact us.

 

Refunds

If your product is damaged, parts are missing or you have experienced a late delivery time, please get in contact with the team so that we can resolve any issues. We may request photos for our records. Please note if you haven’t received your product due to personal human error e.g., ordering with the incorrect address, please be aware we cannot offer a refund.

If at any time you are receiving a return, the specified amount will be credited to your account, or the card used to place the order and will be visible within 10 working days of processing. If this has not appeared in your account, please contact our team.

 

Cancellations

Your right to cancel starts when you place the order. Please note that as our items are perishable, we cannot accept cancellations after the point of despatch. We reserve the right to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances and we will ensure we contact you as soon as possible.

 

Pricing

Price and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. Please note our customers will only pay the price of goods at the time of purchase. We do our best to provide the advertised product weights, as items are cut by hand, we cannot always guarantee precise weights.

There may be times when a product is temporary out of stock. In this case we will contact you so you can choose to refund or change your item. We are precise with all of our product description, images, information and prices however we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions.

We aim to provide fresh product on all orders, but, in some circumstances, due to stock availability, product will be supplied frozen
