Christmas Pork
Joints of Pork for the Festive Season
At our farms, Owton’s Christmas pork has been lovingly raised throughout the autumn, allowing them to develop the essential extra fat that leads to truly flavourful Christmas meat. With an abundance of rich taste and colour, our Christmas pork cuts and joints boast a deeper pink hue compared to the intensively reared alternatives found in supermarkets.
Our pigs are raised naturally and undergo an extended dry-age process, resulting in skin that produces the most wonderful, crispy crackling, ideal for your festive feast! Whether you opt for a whole pork fillet, boneless pork leg, rolled pork shoulder or pork belly we’ll be able to provide you with a Christmas to remember – simply buy online or visit one of our butchers!
