Owton’s Chicken Wings have been carefully butchered from the main body of the bird and they are perfect for barbecuing in the summer months. Adding a meat rub or BBQ glaze transforms the flavour of the wings and when grilled on a barbecue, they fall apart with ease – the sign of a perfectly cooked Chicken Wing! If barbecuing isn’t your thing, they are also great for smoking, roasting and frying so there really is something for the whole family.

Our Fresh Chicken Wings are a minimum of 1kg (approximately 12 wings) and typically serves 4 – 6 people. All of our Chicken Wings follow Higher Welfare guidelines so that you can be sure you receive meat that has incredible taste and flavour, whilst safe in the knowledge you’re purchasing a hen that has lived a happy life.
Before cooking, season with salt, pepper and a choice of herbs and spices to get the best tasting Chicken Wings.

We can confidently say that chicken wings are one of the most flavourful parts of the bird, offering the perfect balance of tender meat and crispy skin. Cut from the wing section, these pieces include a mix of juicy dark meat and a layer of fat that renders beautifully when cooked, creating a crispy, succulent bite every time!
Our Fresh Chicken Wings (1kg) are a staple for a reason—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavour when cooked right. Whether you’re baking, frying or firing up the barbecue, these wings always deliver.
For the best results, marinate in your favourite sauce or spice rub and cook at 200°C for 35 to 40 minutes, turning halfway through. Make sure the internal temperature hits 75°C and the skin is golden and crisp.
