Our Halloumi is a firm, squeaky cheese with a satisfyingly salty flavour and high melting point. This makes it perfect for grilling, pan-frying, or barbecuing without losing its shape.
Slice and sear until golden on both sides, then serve with roasted vegetables, in flatbreads with tzatziki, or alongside grilled meats. It also makes a fantastic meat-free burger, salad topper, or brunch addition with poached eggs and avocado!
Keep refrigerated. Once opened, store in brine or wrap tightly and consume within a few days.
