Our Venison Gin & Blackberry Sausages are a rich and aromatic twist on the traditional sausage. Made with lean venison, a splash of gin, and sweet blackberry, they offer a bold, fruity flavour that’s perfect for something a little different!
Cook slowly on a medium heat in a frying pan, under the grill, or in the oven at 180°C for 25 to 30 minutes, turning regularly to ensure even cooking and a caramelised finish.
Serve with creamy mash, red cabbage and a splash of red wine gravy for a comforting winter meal, or pair with roasted root veg and a blackberry jus for something even more fancy!
Keep chilled and use within a few days, or freeze on arrival.
