Our Venison and Redcurrant Burgers offer a rich flavour balanced perfectly with the subtle sweetness of redcurrants. These gourmet burgers are great for elevating barbecue menus, dinner parties or adding something special to your weekly meal rotation.
Cook from chilled on a medium grill or pan for 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C. Let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving to keep them juicy and full of flavour.
Serve in a toasted brioche bun with rocket, caramelised onions and a spoonful of red onion chutney, or pair with sweet potato wedges and a dressed salad for a lighter option.
Keep chilled and use within a few days, or freeze on delivery.
