Our Asian Spiced Duck Burgers are bursting with fragrant spices, combining rich duck meat with ginger, garlic and five-spice for a fusion-style twist. Perfect for barbecues or something a little different midweek.
Cook on a medium grill or pan for 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C. Rest for a couple of minutes before serving to keep them juicy.
Serve in a bao bun or toasted brioche with cucumber, spring onion and hoisin mayo, or pair with Asian slaw and sweet potato fries.
