Lamb faggots are meatballs made from minced off-cuts and offal (traditionally sheep’s heart, liver, and fatty belly meat) mixed with herbs and sometimes bread crumbs. They’re a traditional British dish originating from the Midlands and the South West dating back to 1851!
Our Lamb Faggots are a traditional favourite made with expertly seasoned lamb for rich flavour. Perfect for warming, comforting meals.
Oven-cook at 180°C for 30 to 35 minutes until piping hot and golden on the outside. For extra depth, cook in a rich onion or red wine gravy.
Serve with creamy mash, peas and plenty of gravy for a classic dish.
