Our Jamaican Curried Goat Burgers (4 x 170g, 6oz) are bursting with bold Caribbean flavour, combining tender goat meat with aromatic curry spices for a truly unique twist on the traditional burger.
Cook from fresh or defrosted on a medium grill or pan for 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C. Let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving to lock in the juices and deepen the flavour.
Serve in a toasted bun with mango chutney, pickled red onions and a crisp lettuce leaf for a spicy-sweet balance. These burgers also pair brilliantly with coconut rice, sweet potato wedges or a zesty lime and coriander slaw.
Keep chilled and use within a few days, or freeze on arrival.
