Our Frozen Smoked Bratwurst Sausages are packed with traditional German flavour that’s perfect for barbecuing or pan-frying. Great for big summer fests or Oktoberfest-inspired meals!

Cook from defrosted for best results. Grill or pan-fry over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes, turning regularly until heated through and lightly browned.

Serve in crusty rolls with mustard and sauerkraut, slice into pasta or potato salads, or enjoy alongside fried onions and pickles for a classic pairing!

Keep frozen until ready to use. Once defrosted, cook within 24 hours and do not refreeze.
