
Owton’s Top Tips!
Our Duck & Hoisin Sausages are a great twist on the traditional sausage, combining rich duck meat with the sweet, savoury depth of hoisin sauce. Ideal for special dinners, street food-style meals or adding something different to your midweek menu.
Cook gently on a medium heat in a pan, under the grill or in the oven at 180°C for 25 to 30 minutes, turning regularly until evenly browned and cooked through.
Serve with stir-fried noodles, steamed buns or Asian-style slaw for a fusion-inspired dish. They’re also great in wraps with cucumber, spring onion and a drizzle of hoisin.
Keep chilled and use within a few days, or freeze for another day.
