Cook from defrosted. Grill, oven-bake or pan-fry on medium heat for 25 to 30 minutes, turning regularly until evenly browned and cooked through.
Serve in baps for breakfast rolls, or in sausage casseroles and traybakes for a no-fuss crowd-pleaser.
Keep frozen until ready to defrost. Once thawed, cook within 24 hours and do not refreeze.
