Our Catering 4’s Sausages are thick, juicy and perfect for large breakfasts, BBQs or batch cooking. Made to our trusted recipe, they’re full of flavour and ideal for feeding a crowd.
Cook from defrosted. Grill, oven-bake or pan-fry on medium heat for 25 to 30 minutes, turning regularly until golden brown and fully cooked through.
Serve in breakfast baps, with mash and gravy, or slice into pasta and stews.
Keep frozen until ready to defrost. Once thawed, cook within 24 hours and do not refreeze.
