Our Pork & Pumpkin Sausages (8, 560g) bring a seasonal twist to a butcher’s classic, subtly sweet, savoury and full of warming flavour. Grill, fry or oven-bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway until golden and cooked through.
Great with mash and onion gravy, or try them in a sausage traybake with root veg and herbs. Store chilled for 2–3 days or freeze if needed. Something a little different, and seriously tasty!
