Cook from chilled at 180°C for around 25–30 minutes, turning once, until golden, sizzling and irresistible.
They’re perfect as a side dish, snack, or party bite. Serve them alongside your roast dinner, with cranberry sauce for a sweet and savoury combo, or enjoy with a dollop of mustard. Preheat your oven to 200°C (fan) and cook the pigs in blankets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper for 20–25 minutes, turning once halfway through. For crispier bacon, place them on a wire rack above the tray so heat circulates underneath.
